At Baserange, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of our sustainable essentials. If your items are not quite right, you may return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and state the reason for return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that all hygiene seals are intact and the garment tags have not been removed.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, keeping a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected and approved your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
